Full Time - 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri only.

The Role
Effectively oversee and resolve insurance investigations related to subsidence
Ensure claims are handled promptly and cost-effectively, whilst maintaining excellent customer care and communication
Collaborating with insurance adjusters, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Maintaining professional and timely communication with policyholders, insurance partners, and third-party professionals involved in the claims process.
Staying up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to subsidence claims handling, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of all claim-related activities and maintaining proper records throughout the claims handling process.
Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, while maintaining a sympathetic yet professional approach.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all aspects of claims handling.
