We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. Duties
Lead and supervise the restaurant or hospitality team, including front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Coordinate food production processes to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Provide training and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills in food service, culinary techniques, and customer interaction.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to uphold excellent service standards.
Collaborate with other departments such as barista services or hotel operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Assist in developing menus or special offers in conjunction with culinary teams when required.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary arts.
Demonstrable team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety regulations.
Experience in food production, serving, or hospitality roles such as barista or front-of-house management is desirable.
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and customer service excellence.
