Duties
Oversee daily restaurant or kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
Supervise and train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for exceptional guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menus that reflect current trends while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Ensure all staff are trained in food production processes and safety protocols.
