We are now hiring
Holiday Club Sports Coaches and Play worker
to join our vibrant summer team!
As a Holiday Club Sports Coaches and Play worker, you'll be the heart of our holiday clubs supporting and inspiring children through fun games and creative play in a safe and inclusive environment. You'll work closely with other team members and apply the training we provide to ensure each child has a positive experience.
Summer Work Schedule:

Hours:
Monday to Friday, between 7:45 am - 5:15 pm (7.5-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and engage children through games, sports, and creative activities
Prepare snacks and ensure supplies are stocked
Set up and pack away activity spaces
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Report any incidents or concerns to the manager and complete relevant paperwork
Promote inclusive, energetic, and positive experiences for all children

Qualifications
Experience working with children in a childcare, nursery or school setting
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
Background in early childhood education
Leadership and to oversee activities and assist in program development
Valid in English
Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in various activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate programs that promote learning and development.
Provide care and support for children's needs, including meals.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff to share updates on children's progress.
Maintain a clean and organised space for activities, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
