Our Downtown Garden Centre Restaurant has for many years offered our customers quality food and beverages and a well-earned rest from their shopping.

Playing a vital part in the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant, we are seeking a Cafe Assistant to work at Sundays.

As a Cafe Assistant you will offer exemplary service to our customers in the delivery of meals and refreshments to their tables and will also assist with basic food preparation, till work, stock replenishment and general housekeeping duties.

Ideally, you will already have the relevant skills and qualifications, having previously worked in a similar catering environment, however this is not essential. You should be an effective communicator, prioritise tasks efficiently and be able to demonstrate good customer service skills.

Hours are worked during store opening times, usually 8 hours every Sunday. Flexibility is key, and you should be available to work occasional varying shift patterns and differing days if required.
