We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our Sunday service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation. You will be responsible for creating fresh dishes cooked to order that delight our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications
Manage food production processes to maintain consistency and quality
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment
Maintain a positive atmosphere in the kitchen, fostering teamwork and collaboration
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
