This role requires excellent team management skills and the ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively. Exclusively for SUNDAYS ONLY or even every other SUNDAY

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, promoting teamwork among staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent team management abilities, with experience supervising kitchen staff. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
