Haar Restaurant opened in December 2021 in Golf Place. The restaurant showcases Dean Banks' cooking in a relaxed setting. Dean's aim is to exhibit the best produce that Scotland has to offer. The menu constantly evolves, reflecting the seasons, which embodies our land and seas, producing a menu that showcases Scotland's natural resources.

As a member of the team, your roles will include:
- Working on the service bar, making drinks (wine, cocktails, coffees)
- Running and serving drinks & food.
- Developing the tasting menu pairing wines, serving and explaining wines.
