Hours
23.5 (term time) - 40 hours a week (Holiday time) across weekdays and weekends
Responsibilities
Managing daily operations
Overseeing staff performance
Ensuring task meet company standards
Training
Conflict resolution & reporting
Maintaining Productivity
Maintaining a positive work environment
Acting as a link between upper management and staff.
Skills
1 years experience in similar role or 3 years of experience in the leisure industry
Strong Leadership & Motivation
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
Organizational & Planning Abilities
Knowledge of Company Policies & Industry Standards?
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 23.5 - 40 per week
