Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team at The Little Town of Play Batley. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and or customer service with a passion for leading and supervising small teams. Days to work are Thursday Friday and Saturday.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations within the play area
- Opening and Closing producers
- Provide guidance and support to staff
- maintaining high standards of service
- Assist in the training and development of team members-
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the whole play are
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements :- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality / customer service industry
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work extra shifts as required
- A passion for delivering exceptional service within an indoor play setting
- DBS and References required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 17,200.00-17,500.00 per year
