Job Summary:

EFAB Resourcing are seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and workforce activities on a gas plant. The role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating tasks to meet project timelines and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of riggers, platers, and other trades. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and regulations. Monitor progress and report on productivity, quality, and safety performance. Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments. Liaise with management, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of work completed, incidents, and inspections. Support workforce development and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within industrial or gas plant environments. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and permit-to-work systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work scopes. Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and SSSTS/SMSTS certification.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: 33.28-45.47 per hour
