Position Overview:

The Store Supervisor supports the management team in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and strong sales performance. This role is hands-on and customer-facing -- perfect for someone passionate about menswear, retail excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

Deliver outstanding customer service by providing expert advice on fit, styling, and product features. Assist customers in building confidence and personal style through tailored recommendations. Drive sales by meeting personal and team targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.

Team Support & Leadership

Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high service standards and store presentation. Lead by example on the sales floor, promoting teamwork and a positive store culture. Support in training new staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store procedures. Step in to manage the store in the absence of senior management.

Store Operations

Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually merchandised according to brand standards. Assist with stock control, deliveries, transfers, and inventory counts. Oversee cash handling, register operations, and end-of-day reporting. Maintain compliance with company policies, security procedures, and health and safety standards.

Brand & Product Knowledge

Stay informed on current menswear trends, tailoring, and seasonal collections. Represent the brand's values through professional appearance and customer engagement. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion or menswear. Previous supervisory or keyholder experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales-driven with excellent customer service instincts. Organized, proactive, and reliable. Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
