The Role

We are looking for front-of-house staff that are enthusiastic and keen to learn, as well as having the drive and passion for creating a fun yet quality of service to our guests.

Full on the job training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

Passionate about great food, drink and service

Providing above and beyond customer service delivering exceptional levels of service at all times

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow.

Managing orders and requests

Providing guidance to customers on the menu and offers

Work with other colleagues as a team

In line with the role as a supervisor here are some of the extra responsibilities that would be mandatory to follow;

Being responsible for opening/closing the pub - restaurant and being a key holder.

Following the opening and closing guidelines for the business when responsible for the shift at hand.

Ensure working along side the management team to ensure all business needs are met and exceeded smoothly and efficiently.

Being responsible for any new team training that is put in place or post hiring a member of staff.

To have a good understanding of how the business works from a behind the scenes point of view.

Maintaining a high level of tidiness and professionalism while on shift.
