We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team on the Rathmore Road in Bangor - someone who's happy rolling up their sleeves, leading from the front and keeping things up and running smoothly when needed.
This is a hands-on role, so you'll be involved in everything from food prep and frying to customer service and the all important clean down, while also supporting the team and at times, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop.
About You
You'll be someone who:
Has strong food service or retail customer service experience and genuinely enjoys dealing with people
Feels confident coaching and supporting others
Is reliable, honest and takes pride in doing things properly
Can keep calm under pressure and keep standards high on busy days
Fits well into a friendly, informal workplace where teamwork matters
The Role

40 hours per week (negotiable)
Tuesday to Saturday
