We are a high-quality, fresh-food gastro pub group dedicated to delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. With a strong focus on service, atmosphere, and seasonal menus, we pride ourselves on creating venues where guests feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
This role is part of our next site takeover and offers an exciting opportunity for the right Front of House professional to help shape the service standards, guest journey, and overall feel of a brand-new venue from day one.
As a growing business, we provide real long-term progression. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop with us, taking on greater responsibility across future sites and playing a key role in leading and elevating the guest experience throughout the group.
Our operations are dynamic and fast-paced -- we regularly host functions for up to 200 guests, sometimes multiple times a day, delivering everything from formal plated service to large-scale buffets alongside a busy 100-cover restaurant. This means we're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Front of House leader who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about exceptional service.
