As an experienced Barista with leadership expertise, you'll step into a pivotal role leading a small but passionate team. You'll be the heart of our operation, inspiring and motivating your team to uphold our high standards while maximizing profitability.

Your role in a nutshell:

Passion for coffee and food is a must Mentor and coach a team of Baristas Elevate customer service to new heights, ensuring every visit is memorable Prepare and serve exceptional beverages Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Engage in food preparation, table service with a warm smile and great conversation Handle transactions with efficiency using our advanced till system Keep our displays fully stocked and inviting
Ideal candidates will have experience in quick-service roles and a genuine passion for people, coffee, and food. In addition to leading a team of full-time and part-time staff, responsibilities include organizing shift rotas, stock control, cash handling, supplier management, and assisting in staff induction and training.

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
