Le Pinardier is a popular independent wine bar in the centre of Deal. We are currently expanding (due to open February 2026) and we will be doubling our seating capacity. Our wine-led concept offers curated wines, cocktails and high-quality food, including warm dishes, cheese/charcuterie boards, oysters and desserts.
We are looking for a confident
Hospitality Supervisor / Bar Supervisor
with excellent customer service skills to help lead our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership
Lead the FOH team during service
Maintain high standards of hospitality
Oversee smooth service in a busy wine bar environment
Train and support junior staff
Wine & Bar Duties
Wine service and recommendations
Cocktail preparation
Bar setup, stock rotation and cleanliness
Food Service
Heat and plate warm dishes
Serve oysters confidently (training provided)
Follow food safety and allergen procedures
Operational Tasks
Open and close the bar
Cash handling and daily reports
Assist with stock control and deliveries
Maintain a clean and welcoming venue
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a
Supervisor
,
Shift Leader
or
Senior FOH
Strong communication and people management skills
Confident and friendly with guests
Comfortable working weekends and evenings
Interest in wine (training provided)
Reliable, organised and proactive
