Infinity Parks Derby is looking for a confident and motivated

Supervisor

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is ready to take the next step, with a clear pathway towards becoming a Trainee Manager.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervising and managing shifts to ensure smooth daily operations Leading, motivating and supporting the team on shift Delivering excellent customer service at all times Handling customer queries and resolving issues calmly and professionally Organising and overseeing birthday parties and group bookings Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and fun Opening and closing the site when required

What We're Looking For:



Proven leadership skills or experience in a supervisory role Excellent attendance and timekeeping Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Outstanding customer service skills Confidence in hosting and managing children's parties A positive, reliable and proactive attitude A genuine desire to progress into a management role

Duties



Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning staff. Oversee food production processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards across the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in the organisation of daily operations, including stock control and inventory management. Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies and improve service delivery.

Skills



Proven supervising experience within a retail, leisure or hospitality Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or culinary roles such as barista or server is desirable. Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and interact with guests professionally. . This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards within a busy setting.

Pay: 7.80-12.46 per hour
