We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Full-Time Supervisor to join our team in Edinburgh.

Main duties will include:

Responsibility for opening and closing procedures Working closely with Store Management, and supporting them in their roles Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the store's KPI results Supervising stock/inventory when necessary Upholding our company values Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example Providing strong duty management skills when required Supporting and directing sales staff to achieve their individual and collective goals

To be considered for this position, you must have:

At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within the fashion retail industry A sound understanding of the retail environment A passion for providing excellent Customer Service The ability to work to a flexible rota Exceptional communication skills Excellent time management skills An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, couple with the ability to lead and motivate a team Availability to start immediately is preferred
