Responsibilities


- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Oversee food preparation and service to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget planning

Experience


The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members
- Familiarity with bartending procedures is advantageous
