Our busy cafe Massarella, in Pearsons of Enfield is on the hunt for a passionate, energetic Supervisor, 25 hours per week, to join our friendly team. Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques. Background in food safety practices and regulations is essential. Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking, serving, and barista skills is advantageous.
