What You Will Do:


Lead and supervise the team on shift, ensuring consistent service and presentation. Organise staffing and workloads to support smooth daily operations. Support HR processes and ensure company procedures are followed. Manage cash handling, banking, and discount controls. Drive sales awareness and identify opportunities to improve performance. Work with management on marketing and promotional activity. Maintain a safe working environment and follow up on maintenance issues. Support training and development to build a strong team.

What You Will Need:


Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, food beverage, or retail. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence. The ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and operational awareness. Experience using EPOS systems (preferred). A personal licence and knowledge of licensing laws (advantageous).
