We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality or food service establishment. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of kitchen and service staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to promote efficiency
Assist in training new team members in food production, serving, and safety procedures
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and supplies
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the establishment's reputation
Support the management team in implementing policies and procedures to optimise operational performance
Skills
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
Sound understanding of food safety standards and food production processes
Experience in restaurant service, including serving customers in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills with a professional attitude towards hospitality services
