We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Live-in Supervisor to join the team at Crown Court Hotel.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service and is happy to be a visible, on-site presence within the hotel.
Key responsibilities:
Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
Acting as the main point of contact for guests during your shift
Handling guest enquiries, feedback and any issues in a calm and helpful manner
Supporting day-to-day hotel operations and ensuring standards are maintained
Building positive relationships with guests to ensure an excellent stay
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in hospitality or a supervisory role is preferred
A proactive, organized approach with good attention to detail
The ability to work independently and use initiative
A friendly, professional manner at all times
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
