MS Ltd is a well-established, privately owned refurbishment and maintenance company, delivering high-quality services across the

hospitality and education sectors

. Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking an experienced

Site Manager/Supervisor

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee refurbishment, maintenance, and small construction works. Manage subcontractors and on-site employees, ensuring projects run smoothly. Handle day-to-day site issues and drive projects to

practical completion

-- on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Ensure full compliance with

Health & Safety regulations

Essential Requirements

CSCS Card SMSTS / SSSTS First Aid Certificate Full UK Driving Licence Relevant H&S training (e.g., asbestos awareness, manual handling, working at height) -- training can be provided for the right candidate.
About You

Proven site management and supervisory experience. Professional, self-motivated, and focused. Strong communication and organisational skills. Able to take initiative and work independently while leading a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
