Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served. .
Train staff on best practices in food production, safety protocols, and hospitality service.
Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and effective communication among staff members.
Handle customer feedback professionally, addressing any concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Previous experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead by example.
Experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
