Job Description

Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in Headingley, is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry, a passion for great food and drink, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability

Train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry

A passion for great food and drink, with knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and/or spirits preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
