As part of our continuous expansion plan, we are looking for a Supervisor to work alongside our GM and owner.
You will already have experience being a supervisor working within hospitality and have great attention to detail. You will have a proven record working within a similar environment delivering service that customers remember.
Responsibilities for this role include (but not limited to)
Lead by example, train and motivate a team of 15 colleagues.
Greeting customers to the restaurant establishing their needs
Manage and control health and safety protocols to ensure safety of the restaurant.
Handling customer complaints and resolving accordingly.
Oversee the site in the absence of the GM.
Be a keyholder.
Give regular feedback to the GM and owner.
Skills required for the role:
Proven record in working in a similar environment.
Keen eye for attention to detail
Ability to multitask.
Proven record of outstanding service
Knowledge of Health & Safety Protocols alongside Food Standards Agency regulations.
