Overview

The 1936 Pub Co are looking for a supervisor to join the team and The White Hart, Hope Street. The ideal Candidate will have a passion for pubs and good customer service with a passion to pass this into the team and progress within the company.

Weekend and Christmas availability is essential. Experience in cask and cellar management is preferred but not 100% necessary, as training will be provided. 35 hour contract with paid overtime can be offered in place of an hourly rate if the successful candidate would prefer.

Responsibilities

Opening the venue to a high standard Serving drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers Food safety management Cellar cleanliness, stock organisation and managing deliveries Reporting disciplinary issues to the general manager and following the correct procedures Helping to resolve and report venue issues. Closing the venue to a high standard
