Love Lane Brewery is in the heart of Baltic Triangle, recently under new ownership and management. We're striving to place our high-quality pub food, house-made beers and working brewery back at the heart of the Liverpool community.

We are looking for a talented supervisor to join our Front of House team. Our team is diverse and passionate about all things beer, food and guests. We're looking for someone who will lead the charge from the front, knows their management thoughts and theories and is open-minded. We're hospitality-centric and have a brilliant base of regular guests we look after week in, week out. You will be one of the key faces to the business, a point of contact for regulars and a team motivator.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Experience in cash-handling and opening and closing of the business Strong leadership of teams of 10+ Management of weekly incentives and sales drives Venue presentation and creating an environment Someone who has barista experience, cask ale experience or pub experience all ideal but not a deal-breaker
The business is still developing, and the successful candidate has plenty of opportunity for autonomy and contributing ideas. There is plenty of scope for progression and development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.10-14.15 per hour

We are looking for a manager who can commit to the busy festive period. We close Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day and close early on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The ideal candidate will be able to work Christmas Eve and/or New Year's Eve - can you commit to this?
Work Location: In person
