The Role

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor who brings energy, confidence, and strong customer focus. You will support the Management Team in the day-to-day running of the store, lead by example on the shopfloor, and help motivate the team to deliver great service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on the shopfloor, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Support with daily operations including stock management, cash handling, and store standards. Help onboard and train team members with product knowledge and service skills. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. Assist in introducing new seasonal collections and keeping the team informed and engaged. Contribute to a positive team environment built on communication and collaboration.

About You

Previous supervisory or keyholder experience is preferred. Confident communicator with strong customer service skills. Able to build rapport with customers and support colleagues. Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy store environment. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays. Passionate about retail and eager to learn and grow.

Pay: 14.50 per hour
