Job Description

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team at our busy pub, kitchen & backpackers hostel in London Bridge.

Previous bar and supervisory experience is required for this role as we would like to get someone in and started fairly quickly. We would be looking for someone with experience of cashing-up and running a shift, someone who can be fairly self-sufficient and use their initiative to motivate themselves and the team through the day.

All additional training can be given as needed. The most important thing for us is to have the right people on board as part of our team.

The role would suit someone that is looking to progress within the business. We would be looking for someone that is eager to learn and develop with us as we have opportunities to step-up into managerial roles in the near future/ as soon as they are ready.
