Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and fostering a positive team environment to achieve operational excellence. The Supervisor will play a vital role in coordinating food preparation, managing team performance, and upholding high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen and service operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations Manage and motivate team members, including training new staff, scheduling shifts, and providing ongoing support Enforce health and safety policies within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly to uphold excellent guest experiences Collaborate with management to develop projects, optimise operational procedures, and implement promotional activities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas in accordance with hygiene standards

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate staff Sound understanding of food safety standards and regulations Experience in food production, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Good communication skills to liaise with staff members and customers confidently Organised approach to work with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
