Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service establishment within competitive socialising venue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and uphold the high-quality service our guests expect. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality environments is essential. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating food preparation, supervising staff, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Duties

Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff, servers, and hospitality personnel to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations across all areas of the establishment Assist in training new team members on food production, service procedures, and safety protocols Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to uphold excellent service standards Collaborate with management on menu, special events, and operational improvements Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and service areas at all times lead and train teams on all activities within the venue lead teams on events in the event venue as well.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Experience in food safety practices and compliance with health regulations Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Knowledge of hospitality management principles and customer service excellence is desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
