Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Supervisor to join our team as we expand our business into our 3rd site, we have recently acquired the Ruddington Arms within Blue Fox Pub Company Ltd and we're on the lookout to expand our management team.

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for customer service & a ambition to develop personally with an expanding pub company, the ideal candidate will want to progress into a General Manager role as we look to grow over the coming years.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.

Deliver exception customer service to our guests

Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Support team members in their roles, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

Assist the General Manager is their day-to-day responsibilities of managing the site

Have a can-do attitude and a positive outlook towards each day at work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
