Job Description

Level Preston are seeking to appointment a supervisor to join the existing management team.

Under one roof we have activities to appeal to every age from bowling to laser tag, mini golf, pool tables, arcades, karaoke, bars and food.

As a Supervisor for Level, you will be at the very centre of the customer care and team experience, taking accountability for the venue in the absence of the Duty Manager.

The main responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth running of the operation, being hands-on and leading the team to deliver a great customer experience.

Previous experience in a management position is preferred and have a passion for customer service.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

- An enthusiastic approach to any task

- Good understanding of the hospitality sector

- Be able to work as part of a team and remain professional under pressure

- Prioritise work loads

- Understanding of the health and safety requirements

- Personal alcohol license holder is desirable but not essential. Full training will be given.

Good rates of pay dependent on experience.

Permanent position.

40 hours per week over 5 days.
