Kaspa's Desserts is a well-established and fast-paced dessert parlour known for delivering high-quality desserts and excellent customer service. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of the store and lead the team to maintain high standards across service, quality, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist with staff training, shift management, and rota support
Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and reduce waste
Support management with opening/closing procedures and cash handling
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous supervisory or senior team member experience in hospitality (dessert parlour experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Professional, positive, and approachable attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading hours
Strong literacy and numeracy skills

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
