We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team in our busy Adult Gaming Centre in Swansea as a Supervisor

At the forefront of our Games Centre, you'll be front of house, engaging with our customers and ensuring we provide first class customer service each time they visit. Preparing drinks, handling cash and dealing with customer's enquiries you'll be the first port of call for any of our customers' needs.

We're big on small details, so a keen eye and ability to use initiative and think on your feet is a must. We're a growing brand of Adult Gaming Centres offering a premium look and feel with the latest machines and content available for customers to enjoy. We're open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so shifts could fall on any day Monday - Sunday.

Responsibilities:

- Deal with any customer needs throughout their visit

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue

- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of our gaming machines

- Replenishing float levels in our gaming machines
