We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team and assist in running our Swansea branch. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service, brand representation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Management: Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of service.
- Leadership: Take charge of the store and team in the Manager's absence, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Key Holder: Be responsible for store security, including opening and closing procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Brand Advocacy: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of WHOCULT's brand and products, actively promoting our unique offerings to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Participate in cleaning duties and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Consistently show up on time and be a dependable member of the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and handle tasks efficiently when the Manager is not present.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for WHOCULT's brand and products.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
