Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in food preparation and service. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Oversee daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and manage team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment. Have experience with closing and cashing up. Monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Train new staff on culinary techniques, serving practices, and hospitality standards. Collaborate with management to develop menus and improve service offerings based on customer feedback. You are able to work with and relay instructions for the Owner and General manager. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Take your initiative to keep standards high.

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production. Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A background in hotel or kitchen environments is preferred but not essential.
