Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Cleveleys branch and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

This position is a 20 hour contract

Responsibilities

- Supervise and delegate the activities of staff members
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving productivity and customer satisfaction -Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in maximising business profitability by optimising sales opportunities, whilst working within planned costs.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Availability

- Flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays and occasional evenings
