Supervisor

to join our team on a

Full time, Permanent

What you will be doing:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Work with the manager to lead, train and motivate team members to deliver top-quality food and friendly service. Oversee food preparation, frying and portion control to maintain consistency and quality. Handle cashing up, stock control and ordering supplies. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards at all times. Deal with customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly.

What we are looking for:

Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking. Personally motivated and approachable as well as being able to fit into and create a team environment. Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Level 2 Food Hygiene or Above with experience in a Cafe/Restaurant environment. Friendly, confident, able to lead by example and take pride in their work. Flexibility to work to the rota is key.
