We're looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly motivated Void Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-profile division of our business. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational performance, driving results, and making a real difference in our community.
What You'll Do:
Lead and motivate operational teams to consistently achieve high-quality outcomes.
Oversee day-to-day management of void (empty) property refurbishments and repairs.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Provide clear leadership and direction, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in construction, property maintenance, or related sectors.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a fast-paced environment.
Track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving efficiency.
A problem-solver with the confidence to challenge existing practices and drive positive change.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and people-management skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to high standards of work.
Qualified craft/trade background - preferred.
SSSTS/SMSTS (or equivalent) - desirable.
IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications - desirable.
Full clean manual driving license - essential
Strong ICT skills including MS Office particularly excel.
To align with KWL's values--safety-conscious, customer-focused, motivated--the ideal candidate should:
Hold at least NVQ?Level?3 in Construction, SMSTS, and a full clean manual UK driving licence.
Have proven experience managing void properties and trades teams.
Be savvy with health & safety, digital tools, and tenant communications.
Ideally, hold extra management/health & safety qualifications.
