is currently hiring a Supervisor/Manager to join our vibrant and growing team!

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated individual who:

Has

minimum 4 years' experience

in a similar barista, cafe, or kitchen role. Is confident in

preparing coffee, smoothies, and fresh food

(e.g., salads, wraps, healthy breakfast/lunch options). Can manage daily kitchen and front-of-house operations with efficiency and care. Is

reliable, friendly

, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Is passionate about

Responsibilities:

Supervise/Managing staff for daily tasks. Team scheduling and leadership Ensuring high service and food quality standards Day-to-day operations oversight Prepare and serve a range of hot & cold beverages, following house recipes. Assist in food preparation and maintain high hygiene standards. Manage orders and deliver excellent service at the counter. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both kitchen and service areas. Support stock rotation and assist in ordering supplies.
