Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Barista/All-Rounder to join our team. You will be the face of our cafe, responsible for crafting delicious beverages, preparing food items, and ensuring top-notch service to all customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee , tea , chai beverages, juices, and smoothies.

- Assist in food preparation and presentation .

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service and preparation areas

- Greet and interact with customers, addressing inquiries and providing menu recommendations

- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately

- Maintain inventory, including restocking supplies and ingredients as needed

- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a barista or cafe role, with a passion for Food.

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about specialty coffees and health-focused products

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
