At Kirkstall St Stephen's C of E Primary School, we aim to provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every member of our community is valued and respected.

We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to work with our lunchtime team ensuring a caring and safe environment for pupils during the lunchtime break.

The successful candidate will:

have a patience and a calm manner; the ability to communicate well and respond to the needs children in their care; able to work effectively as part of a team;


An enthusiastic team player with a 'can do' attitude who is caring, supportive and committed to the welfare and well-being of all pupils. Able to ensure the good conduct, welfare and safety of all pupils. Able to organise appropriate structured creative play activities. Able to control and supervise children and remain calm in all situations. Able to establish positive relationships with pupils and act as a good role model. A willingness to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
