to join our Insolvency team. We are a small team, giving you the opportunity to support the supervision of a portfolio of IVAs throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring each case is managed efficiently, compliantly, and with strong client and creditor engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow their specialist insolvency knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisory IVA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Meetings of Creditors:
Preparing and issuing statutory documentation including Chair Reports and Letters to Debtors, and facilitating Meetings of Creditors professionally and compliantly.
Managing IVA Arrears:
Monitoring payment performance, identifying arrears, engaging with clients to understand issues, and agreeing suitable resolutions.
Client Circumstance Changes:
Assessing changes in income, expenditure, or personal circumstances and updating arrangements to ensure they remain appropriate and sustainable.
Variations of IVAs:
Preparing variation proposals, issuing relevant notices, and liaising with clients and creditors to secure timely decisions.
Dividend Management:
Preparing and issuing dividend remittances with accuracy.
Investigating and resolving returned or unclaimed dividends promptly.
Managing IVA Arrears:
Monitoring payment performance, identifying arrears, engaging with clients to understand issues, and agreeing suitable resolutions.
Breaches and Terminations:
Investigating breaches, issuing notices, managing all related communications, and progressing terminations in line with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintaining strong, transparent communication with clients, creditors, insolvency practitioners, and internal teams.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensuring all actions meet insolvency legislation, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies, with consistently accurate case records.
