We are looking for a
Permanent Grade 7 Supervisory Senior Support Worker (30 hours per week)
to join our team in Macclesfield. In this role, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring person-centred, outcome-focused support. You will oversee care plans, medication, health & safety compliance, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional care.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on responsibility, teamwork, and making a positive impact. Flexibility is essential, as you will work on a 4-week rota including alternate weekends and sleep-in duties.

About the Role
As a
Supervisory Senior Support Worker
, you will:
Provide day-to-day and group supervision of Community Support Workers to ensure high-quality care and support.
Ensure individual care plans are outcome-focused, implemented effectively, and reviewed in a timely manner.
Liaise with professionals, carers, and other agencies to deliver coordinated support.
Deliver induction and training to staff and maintain compliance with statutory regulations.
Monitor service quality, maintain accurate records, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
Resolve day-to-day issues and promote teamwork and efficient working practices.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds (or is committed to completing within 12 months)
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care
or equivalent.
Has experience working in a social care or health care setting, including supervisory responsibilities.
Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
Can motivate and lead a team, resolve HR issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
Is resilient and able to handle challenging situations professionally.
