Salary:

The salary range for this position is 33,000 - 40,000 per year. The base salaryoffered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote

Role Overview



As a

Supplier Acquisition Associate

, you'll be at the forefront of expanding Wayfair's European supplier base. This is a high-impact, fast-paced commercial role where you'll pitch to potential partners, support their onboarding, and contribute directly to Wayfair's growth. Perfect for an ambitious early-career professional with a passion for sales, partnerships, and eCommerce.



Responsibilities




Pitch Wayfair's value proposition to prospective suppliers across Europe Support supplier onboarding and activation to meet monthly growth KPIs Attend industry trade shows and supplier meetings to identify opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience Exceed supplier acquisition and product onboarding targets

Qualifications




Early career experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a drive to succeed Strong organisation and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
