Spiers Associates is building the "Uber for inspection services" -- delivering on-demand compliance inspections across PUWER, LOLER, DSEAR and more via a trusted network of competent professionals. Our digital platform (RiskMach) and custom workflow system (Pi) drive efficiency, traceability, and service quality for our clients.

We are now looking for a

Supplier Coordinator / Manager

to take charge of supplier-side operations and help scale our associate network to meet growing demand.

The Role

You'll lead the supply-side of our service desk -- ensuring that we have the right people, in the right places, ready to deliver.

This is a pivotal role that offers

as the business grows, with input into process improvements, commercial performance, and network development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Match incoming service requests

to qualified suppliers using our internal systems

Build and manage a network

of competent professionals across the UK

Identify gaps in coverage or capacity

and recruit accordingly

Ensure suppliers understand and accept terms

aligned to each opportunity Monitor and manage

delivery performance

and respond to any issues proactively Support commercial alignment to meet

turnover and margin objectives

Experience using compliance and commercial management software to manage scheduling, communication, fulfilment compliance and revenue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: 24,000.00-32,000.00 per year
